Deep financial acumen with a background in global macro strategies and institutional banking, including roles with Chase Manhattan Bank, Bear Stearns, and Bank of America. Adept at navigating complex regulatory environments, managing investor relationships, and aligning infrastructure strategy with market evolution.

Mr. Wakefield is experienced in many aspects of the refining industry including refinery construction, plant management, and product sales while working for companies such as Tauber Oil, Mobil Oil, Atlantic Richfield, and Lyondell Basel.  Mr Wakefield holds an MBA from Brennan school of Business at Dominican University, M.S. from the College of Natural Sciences & Mathematics at the University of Houston, and a B.S. from Illinois Institute of Technology.
